▪ Collaborated with Zee Networks to create a targeted customer segment clothing line, directed towards Tier II,III markets. As part of its implementation, reduced production costs by 80%. The marketing campaign included a 15 min coverage of Breathe (I was a presenter), and the entire collection in a show format.
▪ Innovative designs opened up a new customer base in traditional designs (YoY customer base increased by 50%) while limiting cloth wastage, thereby reducing costs.
