Recognition of Handwritten Textual Annotations Using Tesseract Open-Source OCR Engine

     Tesseract is trained with labeled handwritten data samples from individual users to develop user-specific handwriting recognition models,  

     enabling accurate character recognition. The system has been tested on different language sets, successfully recognizing a significant   

     percentage of handwritten characters in test samples, demonstrating its effectiveness for practical applications.
