The initiative includes:

  • Under more than 25 modules, conducted 200+ trainings during the period of the last 01y8m.
  • More than 25 OTPs and Mentoring 106 ROs for Operation excellence.
  • Redeployment of learning with an agile approach and time-to-time training interventions for reinforcing present SOPs, OMS, E-COMM, DLP, ASR Training, manual addition, business partners, and introducing new aspects and facilities.
  • Working very closely with ASRs/TSMs for performance and sales enhancement.
  • Compile all reports in Excel and create a complete report sheet weekly, monthly, and yearly.
  • Rolling out all programs and modules for greater efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

My role in the project.

  • To give training on all modules.
  • Helping all staff at retail outlets on various project modules and getting them certified.
  • Handle the team of trainers in my state team, give them a schedule, and compile all respective reports.

Achievement:- Received praise (Customer Hero/ Top Performer) & Certificate for driving the LMS activity in UPW. Awarded by L&D Head and my respective RTLs for being regional topper.
