Product: DMS(Blue Yonder) is a critical Warehouse Management System (WMS) application supporting and optimizing distribution center management for JCPenney.

• Spearheading the strategic implementation of Infios WMS (Korber High Jump) to modernize distribution center operations, delivering a best-in-market offering, and setting the technical product roadmap for future logistics scalability.
• Played a key role in a large-scale system integration by successfully executing the Tibco to Tadka migration, ensuring seamless data flow and integration across JCPenney’s supply chain ecosystem.
• Contributed to a major business-aligned logistics project by providing systems and integration support for the successful launch of JCPenney’s proprietary beauty range of products.
• Led a major WMS platform migration and optimization project to enhance system resilience and stability, moving the DMS core application from unsupported platforms (HP-UX and Oracle 9i) to the supported stack (RHEL7 and Oracle 12c).
• Drove process improvement and system quality by introducing and deploying Coverity static analysis for DMS development, which proactively detected defects and ensured the application was compliant with security standards.
• Ensured 24/7 operational monitoring by deploying Splunk for continuous monitoring of the DMS application and the underlying system health, supporting high availability and providing data-driven insights.
• Served as a key technical resource involved in the complete Product Enhancement Lifecycle, from initial Business Case understanding to final implementation.

Product: HP's InterChange Healthcare platform, a solution for states and providers to manage costs and information access (DXC Interchange).

• Contributed to a major platform modernization initiative aimed at transforming the proprietary InterChange product into a modular system to align with the MITA 3.0 standard.
• Played a key role in the initial design and strategy phase by being involved in requirement gathering for the new, modular architecture.
• Developed a core component of the new platform by being part of the team that created the rule engine responsible for processing Medicaid claims.
• Executed critical system integration by performing the integration of the Claims module with Oracle EBS.

Product: Symphony GOLD, an industry-leading product focused on inventory management and retail optimization.

• Bridged the gap between business strategy and technical execution by working closely with stakeholders to understand complex business needs, and transform them into functional and technical specifications.
• Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of new features within the Symphony GOLD product to meet evolving inventory management requirements.
• Designed and developed solutions that directly addressed business needs, leading to process improvements and optimized inventory flow.

GLS is Walmart's self-built Warehouse Management System (WMS), a critical logistics platform developed to replace various legacy WMS systems with a single, standardized solution across all Walmart and SAM'S Distribution Centers (DCs) globally.

• Contributed to the strategic, global rollout and maintenance of the GLS 2.0 WMS, a system vital for managing and optimizing logistics operations across a vast network of distribution centers.
• Executed the end-to-end lifecycle for major WMS enhancements, including Design, Impact analysis, Development, Testing, and Deployment for key projects like the Store Number Expansion (SNE).
• Served as a core member of a 26-person, multi-functional team covering all aspects of the product, including design, development, integration guidance, maintenance, and support for the high-volume GLS product.
• Involved in critical bug fixes and performance optimization, ensuring the stability and resilience of the system.
