Worked on the research project sponsored by Board Of Research In Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), Department of Atomic Energy,India. The work was related to making an experimental and numerical study of solidification involved in the laser surface melting process. Development of in-house 3D code with a coupled multiscale, solidification model-comprise of 3D CFD and grain structure modeling.
