  • Company Overview: MyMobiForce (MMF) is a VC backed organization, which provide full stack B2B field services marketplace for on demand service fulfillment & e2e after sales service Technology stack. Key focus on verticals like Consumer Durables, Telecom, Network, CCTV, Digital & Smart Cities.
  • I was the P&L owner for the Consumer durables vertical for India & Global Sales Head for platform offerings like FSM, Service CRM and CX Platform.
  • I lead a team of 10.
  • My key responsibilities were new client acquisitions in the Consumer Durables space in India with focus on large enterprises like Voltas, Godrej, Bluestar, Daikin, Haier, Hitachi, Croma, Anchor by Panasonic, Midea etc.
  • Work on partner engagement and channel alliances in key geographies to build a pipeline for our Service Platform in the global market.
  • Build CXO level relationships in Consumer Durables space and position MMF as a thought leader in this space.
  • Responsible for hunting and stitching the e2e value proposition for our prospects/customers with consultative mindset to ensure they derive maximum ROI from our offerings.
