• Main tunnel-5092m, Escape tunnel 5071m and Cross passage (14No.X28m) -392m, Total NATM tunnel 1055m at USBRL-T2. ¬ Tunnel-1= 1080M, Tunnel-2=200M, Tunnel-3=200M, Tunnel-4=140M, Tunnel-5=530M at 3rd BG line between BKA-BNI on Bhopal Division. ¬
• Work with Fully Automatic and Semi-Automatic Tamrock of Sandvik and preparation and implement of Drill Blast and Rock Bolt Plan by the using iSURE Software and interpretation of MWD data.
• Prepare geological L-section of excavated NATM tunnel based on routine face logging. Analysis of probe hole data and based on that prediction for further geological conditions and suggestion preventative measures if strata is weak or unstable.
• Evaluation of rock mass strength and geological rock, rock mass & soil material property. Understanding and monitoring of slope and retaining structures and ground improvements with different methods. Interaction with the different client and discussions andprofessional relationship and approvals.
• 3-D / 2-D , Face logs , Tunnel wall logs , tunnel geological and geotechnical logs , geologicaland Geotechnical, rock mass classification with different methods Q values , RMR , SMR, GSI , rock mass supports designs and recommendations estimations Construction, planning & Monitoring of large civil structures, Tunneling, shafts, penstocks tunnels.
• Facilitated construction of surface and underground structures like tunnels, caverns, underground power houses, Dams, dam foundations, HRT, Adits & portals, including rock support in Himalayan geology.
• Geotechnical instrumentation: Commissioned, installed and monitored instrumentation such as load cell, MPBX, tape extensometers with convergence points, back slopes in surface, tunnel excavation (Heading / Benching) and monitoring of rock mass behaviors.
• Understand of back analysis and monitoring of instrumentations, and monitoring records, deformation, plotting of ground mass behaviors.
• Experience of drilling & blasting pattern for surface and subsurface in different type of rock.
• Slope treatment, geological slope mapping, devolvement portal of railway tunnel and HRT.
• Experience in Grouting (chemical &cement), pre – post high pressure grouting work for rock consolidation, rock bolting, rock anchoring, soil nailing,self- drilled anchors and slope stability.
• Contact Grouting work for filling gap between Lining and Membrane
• Recommendation & supervision of Grouting such as Consolidation grouting, Curtain grouting, Contact grouting, PU Grout, Bentonite Grout, Epoxy grouting for Cracks repairing in old/Existing Rail Tunnel.
• Preparation of geological sections such as longitudinal sections, Cross- sections, Geological plan & Grid plan.
