My role in this organization is to prepare U.S. Individual tax returns (1040) and fiduciary returns (1041).

• Provided exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and questions promptly, and ensured that all applicable deadlines were met when submitting documents. Also worked closely with other departments within the company to ensure the accuracy of data entry into system databases.

Achievements

• I have completed more than 230 tax returns during the busy season, and 100+ returns in extension, while maintaining high accuracy during the busy tax season for the tax year 2024.
• Reviewed prior year's returns for accuracy and completeness before submitting them.
• Utilized tax software to efficiently process returns and identify potential deductions and credits for clients.
• Analyzed tax regulations and updated knowledge regularly to stay compliant with changes in tax laws.
• Achieve the title of Best Preparer during the 2024 tax season.
• Expanded understanding of tax software, including UltraTax, Lacerte, and acquired expertise in SP Binder product functionality and its applications.
