Description : Handled 2 Billion messages daily for 7 Million Renault Nissan Alliance, the largest project in Microsoft IGD.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead Build Test role in overseeing Quality Gates for INT, SIT, and STG environments with emphasis on automation, tech leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Implemented processes to enhance system quality, meeting KPIs in both STG and PRD regions.
• Achieved significant reduction in overall Regression time from 8 days to 16 hours through implementation of Parallel Execution in automation
• Reduced average execution time for a test case from 9 min to 1 min by implementing Azure WebJob and App service for automated Telemetry processing at event hub
• Developed and executed a robust Azure KeyVault solution to efficiently manage secrets using powershell and C#
• Worked as a Combined Engineer, successfully developing and deploying user stories with no production issues
• Employed as a Performance QA professional, executing JMeter scripts and enhancing technical enablers for optimal performance under load
• Created various small utilities within the project such as Dashboard creation, DataManagementUtility, and Sprint query creation.

Project : CCH Suretax - ERP integration

Description : Created and implemented a tax calculation plugin across various ERPs

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Created utilities to automate processes
• Actively engaged in creating effective test scenarios and manual test cases for Regression, as well as Bug logging in both Rally and Azure DevOps.
• Introduced QA processes to minimize gaps across teams and enhance overall quality.
• Implemented and maintained a CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps resulting in over 95% passing rate for UI automation and 100% passing rate for Headless automation of D365 BC using Microsoft AL.
• Designed and implemented a custom Automation framework for multiple ERPs including MS D365 F&O, MS D365 BC, and Netsuite suitetax. Utilized Microsoft AL, Selenium, C#, Easy Repro, Appium WinAppDriver, C#.NET, and Javascript.

Project : Access Manager

Description : Managed the Patient Registration and Scheduling appointment workflow as an Access Manager in sunrise Revenue cycle management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Contributed to agile ceremonies such as grooming, planning, retrospective, and root cause analysis of bugs while working with an agile team.
• Contributed to test scenario derivation and manual test case design for Regression, Integration Testing, and System Integration Testing.
• Developed Automation test scripts to test standalone applications using Coded UI Automation and Ranorex.
