Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute the final assembly, testing, and installation of advanced pharma machinery of Granulation equipment at various client sites across South-india.
• Conduct start-up and commissioning activities, ensuring strict adherence to P&ID, GA drawings, and compliance checklists prior to handover.
• Lead on-site Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and assist with Installation, Operation, and Performance Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) documentation.
• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and routine preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure zero manufacturing downtime and extend equipment lifecycles.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation (PLC/HMI) malfunctions, identifying root causes and executing CAPA protocols where necessary.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery processes.
• Train client operators and maintenance teams on optimal machine usage, safety standards, and daily maintenance routines.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9000, GAMP, and internal QMS by logging service calls and generating accurate daily service reports.
