As a QA/QC Engineer, I am extensively involve in,

1. Planning & Monitoring all the day activities of the Quality Control Laboratory.

2. Important tests related to Soil, GSB, WMM, Concrete Mix Design, Cement, Steel, Fly Ash, Dowel Bar, Concrete, Soil Stabilization, Bitumen Mixes, Paving Blocks, Tactile tiles. Kerb Stone, Chamber, Chamber Cover, Pipe, DWC Pipe etc., as per schedule, MORT&H, IRC, IS Codes, ASTM, BIS specifications.

3. Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan as per schedule & standard specifications.

4. Field Design of Concrete Mixes, GSB, DLC, PQC, Filter Media etc.

5. Handling various grades of concrete in RMC Batching Plant with quality as well as per site requirements.

6. Maintaining important records such as RFI, Inward & Outward Documentary related to QC department, Laboratory Equipment Status, Weather Reports, DPR, MPR etc.

7. Dealing with Third Party Laboratories for material sampling & testing.

8. Coordinating with Clients, Independent Engineers for better convenience & Speed of Work.

* Project - Rehabilitation & Upgradation of Section from Kurduwadi- Pandharpur- Sangola (SH-210) Connecting (NH-166), from Km 48+375 (Sangola) to Km 79+533 (Pandharpur), Two Lane with Paved Shoulders & Configuration in the state of Maharashtra on EPC mode.

* Cost - 178.44 Cr.

* Period - 24 Months.

* Authority Engineer - STUP Consultants Pvt. Ltd. JV Ayoleeza Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
