Roles and Responsibilities:-
1- Taking care of attendance of both Front of the House and Back of the House associates in the
organization.
2- Updating absenteeism record of the employees on monthly basis.
3- Coordinating with the managers and setting up a meeting with the lined staff for their appraisal.
4- Updating leave cards and also maintaining the soft copy for the same.
5- Updating BMC documents (FORM M, FORM N, MUSTER ROLE) on monthly basis.
6- Biometric registration of employees.
7- Familiarization of airport for the new joinees.
8- Coordinating with the Corporate HR and executing tasks in operations.
9- Making appouintment letters, confirmation letters,termination letters also maintaining the hard copy as
well as the soft copy record for the same.
10- Inharge of linen department. Issuing new uniforms to the new joinee and maintaining record for the
same as on both hard copy and soft copy.
11- Incharge of laundry department. Sending and recieving clothes for laundry and also verification of
laundry bill and sending further to finance department for the payment process.
