- Collaborated with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met throughout the life cycle of a project.
- Study of customer approved ITP & Quality Procedures for conducting the stage & final inspections being carried out.
- Review technical documents like PBP, Pump Performance Curve, Data sheet, and Cross section drawing.
- Coordination with various internal departments to conduct the planned order execution.
- Identify the risk and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Continuous contact with the procurement department to ensure the availability of material.
- Expediting and coordinating the approval process of drawings/documents from vendors, as well as the internal engineering team, for smooth and effective inspection.
- Maintaining one-to-one communication with document control personnel to ensure supplier documents are received and returned to suppliers in order to maintain the delivery schedule.
- Clarity in order booked with minimum discrepancy track record.
- Review our inspection test plan and give inspection call as per the planned inspection.
- Timely review the MRBs before the final inspection and take quick actions on the punch points in the inspection to avoid time extension in inspection.
