- Quality Management: Monitor and control production standards, implement quality assurance procedures, and address any quality issues. Raw material inspection, in-process quality checks, and finished good quality checks by gas chromatography, analyzers, and packaging. Periodic audit and recertification of ISO 9001:2015.
- Resource Management: Coordinating with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Sales, Customer Service) to optimize resource allocation, production flow, and seamless operations with zero downtimes.
