• Responsible for 1st row backrest foam design as in CATIA as per VWG (Audi) methodologies.

• Working on this project with activities such as STO Analysis for trimming Feasibility as per Faurecia Guidelines.

• Design of overbuilds, trenches, grooves and trimming features of foam pad to ensure achievement of STO definition as per FAS standards by interacting with  perceived quality & Covers team.

• Complete Seat approach in design and packaging :foam-frame interface, interface of foam with plastic parts, hardness requirements in different areas.

• Designing different foam products as per variants for different trim covers,ventilation, massage function by creating and managing Multi modell inks.

• Ensuring the CAD quality as per VWG (Audi) standards.
