Project planning from concept to completion including cost and payback estimates
Coordinating the project activities and drawing specifications between Design centre and manufacturing unit.
Providing sound technical inputs & engineering support to the team from conception to completion stage of the product.
Helping vendors to extend their capabilities through technical support and attain desired quality / production schedule and develop the new vendors for development of the product
Handling product design and product modelling of Turbine Blade, Nacelle Cover and Nose Cone for various projects as per data given by AERT Netherlands Team.
Concept designing for parts, assembly and structures for any specific purpose. (Tooling’s for Blades and nacelle related to Wind energy).
Managing surface development of product model, material preparation and nesting drawings.
Developing and implementing new processes and updating the production manual accordingly.
Developing jigs & fixtures and lifting tools for nacelle cover and nose cone assembly. Designing and developing transportation tools for blades.
Getting approval of these drawings from AERT Netherlands Team.
Involved in designing and manufacturing of customized Sawing and drilling machine which is being designed and developed in collaboration with OTR(Netherland company)
Development of first prototype sample as per design.
Designing of cranes and hoists, which includes structural design such as deflection and bending moment analysis, electrical includes deciding on the motors, brakes etc. according to the load conditions
Verifying drawings prepared by the draughtsman and maintaining design data & product data software.
Supervising the manufacturing process of defence equipments namely KMT-6, (Anti Mine Plough Equipment), based on Russian design, and other major components of Excavators such as arm, boom, revolving frame & centre frame.
