  • Ensure the detailed production of financial and productivity reports and forecasts are provided by Team Leaders monthly for each service stream.
  • To oversee the production of site survey information, estimates, contract documentation, specifications, schedule of rates and tender documentation in accordance with best practice and the organization’s Financial Regulations

Administration Duties:

  • Oversee team of Team Leaders in executing Facilities Management services, ensuring consistent promotion of values and behaviors aligned with excellent customer service
