Project : Cane Management System (Business Process management ERP For Sugar Factories)

Project Description: This project involves the maintenance and enhancement of CMS application. Cane Management System basically dealing in sugarcane, the sugar factories, prior to planting of the sugarcane, conduct a survey of the Total sugarcane area that is allotted to them. Based on the finding, the factory decides on the quantity of cane that every grower would supply. This supply quantity is distributed over the entire crushing season and accordingly, the factories issue Supply tokens to the growers. These factories extend their arms in the form of collection centers where farmer submit their crop. These centers issue a slip (Parchi) to the farmer which tells them, when their cane will be weighed. After weighed handle cash outflows and cane payments of farmer. It includes cash payment, bank payment, society payments

This ERP package covered departments that included Sales, Finance, Purchase, Inventory Module. The goal was to deliver the product with new changes, enhancements as per their requirement the project involved Functional Testing such as Smoke, Sanity, Integration, Regression, UAT, UI Testing as well. Moreover, it involved the creation and modification of Test scenarios, Test Data and their respective Test cases.
