  • Being adaptive and proficient in contributing through learning I moved to a role of a Trainer for Display Advertising in 2021 and trained 200 + new hires globally spread across 7 geographies covering 6 ads products and manage a team of 14 part-time trainers to onboard new hires.
  • In 2022 Oct, promoted as a Training Lead for Display Advertising. In this role, I have managed a team of fourteen trainers, responsible for creating interactive content for specialists and managers. I construct content and deliver organizational trainings, example data security. Perform activities included in DLOT, such as training launches, conducting PKT’s, performing audits, reporting, active ownership in MBR and WBR, supporting new projects and its training needs, conducting refreshers, creating and monitoring sessions and events, preparing and maintaining GANTT charts to track contributions and progress in the current role. I'm an active participant in UAT’s of new projects and tools to understand the training requirements, creating contents and training delivery.
  • As a part of bringing extensive ideas on the table, created and implemented Buddy Mechanism, Pitch Readiness training, Train the Trainer sessions, Content Bar Raising Mechanism and creating wikis.
