I am being one of the investigators in a research study"Minimally Invasive Surfactant Therapy versus INSURE in preterm neonates of 28 -34 weeks with Respiratory Distress Syndrome - A Randomized Control Trial" which will get completed by April 2023.

I conducted research study on "· “Correlation of nucleated red blood cells with severity of birth asphyxia and its immediate outcome in term newborns” as partial fulfillment of MD Pediatrics " as a part of thesis during my postgraduate training.
Audit
I conducted perinatal audit in our department to address and scrutinise the pitfalls in the management. Through the audit, I have learnt how to manage and effectively utilise the man power in managing emergencies, how to reduce the morbidity and mortality by framing strict protocols and steps to improve my leadership qualities.
Teaching Experience
I have been working as an Assistant Professor of Paediatrics since 2020. Teaching is an integral part in my current job. I teach undergraduate medical students and postgraduate residents. I taught them bedside clinics and clinical procedures. I get regular feedback and would assess their understanding through formative assessments.
