• Used SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.
• Conducted a deep analysis on 79k+ records.
• Designed automated reports that track KPIs for multiple departments within the organization, understood the overall distribution of key variables, such as loan amounts, interest rates, customer demographics, and loan terms.
• Created dashboards and visualizations for business metric tracking via Tableau and Power BI
• Identified high-risk and low-risk customer profiles, assessed the historical default rates, and created strategies to mitigate risk by adjusting lending criteria or interest rates.

Project 2: P633 E-Commerce Analytics

• Worked on 15 lakh+ records, and the key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends in the performance of an online business were evaluated as part of the eCommerce analysis project.
• Created interactive dashboards and visualizations to examine sales, consumer behavior, and website traffic.
• Actionable insights were supplied by the analysis to improve marketing tactics, user experience, and income.
• The company got crucial insights from this initiative that will help them drive growth and accomplish its goals.
