  • HANDS-ON TRAINING FOR ITI TRAINERS: Trained ITI Trainers from the National Skill Training Institute (NSTI), Chennai as part of a two-week Upskilling Workshop on EV and Robotics.
  • Conducted in-depth hands-on sessions in the Battery Engineering Lab, covering: Li-ion battery architecture and cell balancing, Battery pack assembly and safety protocols, State estimation demonstrations (SoC and SoH), Battery testing equipment and thermal management techniques.
  • MENTORSHIP AND STUDENT SUPERVISION: Guided Dual Degree project students on EV battery research, Trained and supervised intern students, providing technical guidance in simulation and experimental studies related to BMS and battery diagnostics.

  • Company Overview: IITM Research Park-IITM Pravartak Technologies-Accenture project. Project: Development & Testbed for Autonomous Factory.
  • Developed 3D printer model for different shapes using Finite difference method (FDM) conducted using MATLAB software. Evaluated the temperature profile and thermal stresses for multiple deposition of 3D printed layers.
  • Worked with Graph theory-based approach using Python programming language for 3D printer modeling to design different shapes and compared the FDM method and graph theory algorithm results. Evaluated temperature profile and thermal stresses for the 3D printed parts.
  • Developed digital twins of 3D Printer (Fused deposition modeling (FDM) for 3D manufacturing) with multiple layers by optimizing the process parameters and to demonstrate the working of an Autonomous Factory.
  • Predicted the quality of the 3D printed parts using Digital Twin without going through destructive testing technique.
  • Organized and centralized the team communications and documentation internally and externally.
  • Ensured the project delivery are within all promised timelines and adhering to project budget and scope of work in order to realize project profitability.
