• Preparation of Annual budget for Liquid terminal (CAPEX & OPEX).
• Preparation of Work Instruction for the Equipment as per site condition.
• Conduct effective toolbox talk and risk assessment for every day-to-day job.
• Review of material test certificates for all incoming materials like pipes, fittings and flanges and Welding consumables.
• Review the Isometric drawing of pipe lines and inspection of Fit up and Weld Visual for fabrication of process and internal Pipelines.
• Conducting of Non-Destructive Testing and review of NDT reports.
• Confirm repairs, re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with specifications.
• Preparation of Inspection Report and Final Document. Work across various projects simultaneously and submit progress report.
