Amazon Product Testing (Intern Project – May 2025)

• Designed and documented comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for both UI elements and functional workflows.
• Conducted detailed functional testing to identify defects and ensure software behavior aligned with business requirements.

• I worked on Oracle-based CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) system, handling customer enrollment, billing, and managing both customer and financial data.
• My responsibilities included managing receivables such as payment processing, budget and multi-party billing, credit and collections, and meter management.
• I created quality check sheets, ensured daily report delivery to clients, monitored weekly payment and collection metrics, and played a key role in driving productivity by implementing new process improvement initiatives.

• I worked in the Navy division (Testing) focused on manufacturing electronic warfare systems, where I was involved in manual testing of RF BITE units, front-end receivers, semi-rigid cables, PCBs, and ESM processors.
• My core responsibilities included testing and validating RF and microwave components using various lab equipment, documenting test methods and results, performing board-level debugging, and supporting hardware/software integration.
• I ensured accurate data collection and prepared detailed technical reports.
