Talent Acquisition:
Take ownership for the End-to-End recruitment life cycle
Ensure to source right profiles through portals as per the Job JD provided and close the positions.
Taking telephonic interviews and shortlisting interested candidates based on suitability of the profile as per client's requirements based on experience in the industry, skills, assignments handled, communication, etc Maintain a database of potential candidates and update it regularly
Participate in job fairs. Campus Drive and Walk-ins in case of Bulk/huge recruitment Process.

New joining’s bio metrics & Id card issues .
Prepare salary break ups according to the employee benefit.
Maintain the Leave data unit wise and Master file.
Conducting the exit interviews and processing full and final settlements
Coordinating salary process and making leaves list, on duty
Monthly salary processing, generating pay slips, ESI Compliances.
Maintaining master list & Personal files of employees.
Tour Bills for Sales & Service employees.
HR Operations:
Revision of existing policies on new directive and process up gradation & formulation of New policies in HR. Scheduling Induction training program for new Entrants.
Involving in annual increments for rating & Promotion.
Maintain the Medical/Group insurance, medic-claims etc.
Involve in lessoning matters including lease agreements & New Labor/Manpower contract agreements and Drafts.
Up grading & preparation of Organization structure, job description etc.
If any salary re-structural & Salary Breakups.
Training and Development:
Responsible for preparation of the training Program as per the Instructions of Management.
Induction and orientation of the new joiners.
Co-ordination with the external agencies for imparting behavioral trainings & First aid, safety, medical camps to workmen & staff.
Ensure documentation for training records.
Welfare & compensation:
Contractors: Follow up with the contractors to ensure compliance of the contract’s workmen with in the time frame.
Grievance handling: Discussing employee issues individually to come up with amicable Solutions and counselling them.
Health & safety health checkup arrangements for all factory workers & employees on Yearly basis. Ensuring safety at work place and entire plant.
Conduct Safety training programs at plant level.
Ensure to conduct hazardous activities at plant level.
Social Audits:
Participating in social audits and responsible for Auditors Questioners.
Preparing Supporting documents through the given Audit Check list.
Responsible for Labor contractual and migrant Attendance, Pay slips, other supporting documents.
Maintain the log records of Suggestion & complaint boxes’, visiting the Dormitory or Quarters.
Responsible for Factory level certifications, Health cards & medical checkup records for all the staff and canteen workers.
Contract Manpower Engagement:
Responsible for contractor’s labor deployment.
Take the review of Contract Manpower how they work, their nature from section in charges.
Monitoring manpower working hours and behavioral/ any disputes from their side/if a raised solving.
Take the manpower requirement sheets from the production in-charges.
Periodical interaction with contractors to ensure sanctioned manpower deployment on day-to-day, shifts basis.
