· Responsible for development and maintenance of HIL and SIL framework for Mercedes Benz ADAS ECU’s.

· Development of scripts for various functionalities in particular for BSM and DOW functions.

· Responsible for sprint planning through out the complete project life cycle.

· Test analysis and evaluation of the complete project is performed by using EDF and metric apps.

· Responsible for analysis of test requirements and also test case review activities for entire function using Doors.

• It is an avionic package for A1P system and is required to function with high reliability in safety critical environments
• It receives commands from onboard computer over 1553 bus and performs functions of switching relays and monitoring their status.

· It is an power distribution system which acts as an voltage and current to the DUT.

· Performed functional testing and end to end system integration.

· Responsible for development and maintenance of HIL Framework for V5 level .

· Identify the root cause of failing HIL Test cases for network management and filing

the gaps by debugging.

· Discussion and clarification with the functional development teams to confirm the issues identified.

· Performing SWDL for various products to the latest baseline.

· Responsible for verification of implementation of Remote software download for various ECU’s

· Validation of various UDS(ISO 14229) services during the process of remote Software download.

· Worked on validation and verification of various EUF(End user functionalities) for different ECU’s on HIL setup.

· Performed smoke tests for various ECU’s , to ensure basic level functionalities in current RIG setups.

· Working on telemetry system which provides integration of data acquisition systems with sensors and antenna.

· Performed hardware level testing and assisted in end to end system integration in the field.

· Performed functional testing , integration testing , card level testing , ESS tests and EMI/EMC testing as per MIL-STD-810G
