‘Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act 1970’, Ensuring Minimum wages rates as per standard and state wise, ‘Payment of Wages Act
1936’, and ‘Maternity Benefit Act, 1961’ submission of ‘Labour Welfare
Fund’ disburse of Bonus according to ‘Payment of Bonus Act, 1965’, as well as ‘Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972’, BCAS, FASSAI.
Taking care independently Inspections 7A, 14B of ‘EPF and ESIC’ and
‘Labour Department’, process the statutory records for Inspection closure report.
Responsible for process or renewal of Labour License & Registrations including state wise or central within given timeline from concerned authority.
Liaison with Statutory Bodies i.e. EPFO, ESIC office, Dispensaries, Labour Offices, Labour Court, Police for business support.
Responsible for the entire onboarding process automation as per business requirements & implementation of Onboarding tools & technology with BGV platform in Pan India according to latest Govt. Policies.
Responsible for Pan India compliance & Onboarding process training &
implementation of tool in effective manner at all regions.
Minimum wages Implementation with clients in Pan India to follow the strict compliances.
Process automation including compliances tool, onboarding tool in Pan
India level with full development plan.
Compliance Risk Management to Business team by monthly scoring pattern with proper marking to each Region/ Branch/ entity.
Monthly audit of Pan India location with multiple auditors such as Deloitte
UCS, KPMG, Karma, Mynd, JLL, CBRE etc.
Computer Literacy: MS office, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning ), Payroll Softwares as Visual Pay , Canticle, Savior & 4.QT Software, SAS (Sales Accounting System), Internet
