- My Responsibilities are Installation and commissioning of mudlogging unit
- Which includes different types of sensors such as ultrasonic level monitor, Temperature sensor (RTD), Differential capacitive diaphragm sensor, Pressure transmitters, Strain gauge principle tension sensor, Conductivity sensors, Optical encoders, Hall effect torque sensor, Proximity sensors, Gas detectors based on catalytic combustion, Flame ionisation detector and thermal conductivity
- I/O cards interface with sensors by Data acquisition unit
- Any issues troubleshoot same
- Usually we send data from our sever to 3rd party by wits setup
- Familiar about wits transmission operation via TCPIP and COM port connections, these are Wits zero connections
- We also send data to town by Wits ML through RTDS Visean
- Preparation of all report and logs as per client requirement, monitoring well while drilling operation
- If anything, abnormal consult with driller and company man, Prior to avoid any issues
- Interacting and co-ordinate with Client on periodic basis and provide all services as per Contractual basis
- Troubleshoot any technical problem at site
- And troubleshoot any issues over phone or remote access
- During reservoir section drilling monitored all hydrocarbon gas peaks, loss, gain in critical conditions this was the most expected H2S gas
- Designing of different type of assembly for sensors as per the need.
