Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data from AR and OTC processes to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
• Prepare accurate and insightful reports on AR aging, collection performance, and OTC cycle times.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate recording of AR and OTC transactions.

• Review and approve invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage supplier relationships by communicating effectively regarding invoices, payments, and any discrepancies.
• Oversee the timely processing of payments to vendors, considering early payment discounts and cash flow optimization.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices or purchase orders

• Assist with reviewing and processing invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Enter invoice data into accounting systems.
• Communicate with vendors regarding basic invoice inquiries.
