I worked as an Agricultural Technician at a Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society for 6 months. My primary role involved supporting local farmers by providing them with training on sustainable farming practices and assisting with resource allocation. I managed production schedules and collaborated with members to implement pest management strategies.

During my time there, I developed strong technical skills in soil health assessment and crop monitoring, as well as enhanced my interpersonal skills through regular engagement with our farming community. One of my proudest achievements was leading a workshop that resulted in a 15% increase in crop yields among participating farmers.

This experience deepened my understanding of the agricultural sector and highlighted the importance of community collaboration, which I aim to bring to my future roles in agriculture.
