Office consolidation in Singapore & Seoul - A strategy was decided to move the associates into the new office space. The current office space was surrendered by serving the termination notice & then finishing up all the formalities at the managed office for the exit.
Closure of the leased space in Bangalore - It was decided to close an office space in Bangalore for space optimization purposes. The termination notice was served within the stipulated time. After which SEZ approval and debonding approval were received, the scarp suppliers were selected, and the facility was handed over under warm shell conditions. Then a surrender deed was executed & registered.
Renewal of the office spaces - The LOB decided to renew the office space by giving the renewal notice within the stipulated time. Upon getting the confirmation from the legal team of the draft renewal lease deed, the payment of rental, and parking charges were set up. The approved renewal lease deed was executed and then registered. The registration was complete after setting up the payment for Stamp duty charges & the registration charges.
