This system encompasses various policies, procedures, and practices aimed at identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with workplace hazards, environmental impacts, and regulatory compliance requirements. Key components of an EHSMS project may include risk assessment, policy development, compliance management, training and education, incident management, emergency preparedness, auditing and monitoring, continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement. Overall, an EHSMS project aims to create a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance within the organization, ultimately contributing to the well-being of employees, the protection of the environment, and the sustainability of operations., Responsible PMO for analyzing requirement for setting up CICD process for java projects, and my responsibility is to - Plan, execute, monitor and close the project, as per the plan developed through historical data and in line with the delivery milestones. - Lead the project team, collaboratively working together towards successful completion of the project. - Design BRDs. - Used SonarQube for code quality, security checks and code coverage report for our projects. - Responsible to standardize client's coding standards and help dev team to write clean code, making sure no code with code smells goes to production. - Responsible for report generation. this goal is important to generate the code coverage reports in multiple formats (html, xml and csv) from execution info. Medico Plus Application, Talent Sprint, 04/2022, 02/2023, Pega PRPC, Oracle, Medico Plus is a large pharmacy store which has many numbers of branches in the state. medico plus is owned and operated by a company called MDCO. Initially, they got some process like maintaining pharmacy stock details, customer details manually, which takes more time to process. they want to automate the complete the process, hence they decided to implement a PRPC solution to assist with the initiative., As a Project Manager, my responsibility is to - Plan, execute, monitor and close the project, as per the plan developed through historical data and in line with the delivery milestones. - Lead the project team, collaboratively working together towards successful completion of the project. My activities and key deliverables: Planning: Identifying the various tasks with the team and creating a WBS, facilitating the estimation of the tasks, creating a schedule and plan. Create tasks in the lifecycle management tool and assign it to team members. Identify and manage risks: conduct weekly meetings to review risks, record and prioritize them and identify/perform mitigation actions. Execution: Conduct daily status meetings with the team to review progress of tasks and ensuring the proper workflow of tasks. Identify blockers and constraints and work with the team/stakeholders to unblock and progress. Stakeholder engagement: lead and participate in daily meeting with operation, construction and facility teams to discuss issues, highlight and track dependencies and review progress. Quality Control: Engage with quality team to identify, log and manage quality issues and deviations in process work flow and work with the project team to close them. Manage Conflicts: Discuss and facilitate discussion with team members on points of conflict to strive and resolve them amicably, balancing expectations. Factor in team member's work preferences as much as possible, to meet their expectations and balance both people needs and delivery commitments.
