Initially, they got some process like maintaining pharmacy stock details, customer details manually, which takes more time to process. they want to automate the complete the process, hence they decided to implement a PRPC solution to assist with the initiative., As a Project Manager, my responsibility is to - Plan, execute, monitor and close the project, as per the plan developed through historical data and in line with the delivery milestones. - Lead the project team, collaboratively working together towards successful completion of the project.
