Front Office Admin Executive
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Providing support to senior management or other departments by handling correspondence and scheduling meetings.
- Maintaining and updating client records, filing documents, and managing databases.
- Acting as a point of contact between the company and external parties, including clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assisting with budget management, processing invoices, and handling petty cash.
