  • Managed the Product launch of an entirely digital way of selling cars online, which led to an increase in sales of used cars by 7%

  • Laid foundation for end-to-end infrastructure for loan transfer and repayments across 3 lending products, 5 bank/NBFC partners, 7 vendors and customers
  • Defined, planned and executed the integrations with 3 NBFCs as the capital partners. Responsible for day to day relationship management.
  • Explored and imbibed various alternate data sources apart from bureau data to determine customers’ credit worthiness, leading to increase in the approval rates of NTC (30%) and self-employed (10%) customers
  • Optimized routing of potential customers amongst different partners in order to ensure higher conversion by 4% and lower CIBIL costs by 20%
  • Increased NPS from -4 to 35+ by improving CX in borrowing and repaying
