NUMERICAL INVESTIGATION ON THE EFFECT OF CRACK AND VIBRATION CHARACTERISTS OF BRIDGE STRUCTURES (2022) 

- The current study's goal was to explore the effect of crack on the vibration characteristics of bridge.

 - The design and modal analysis of bridge is conducted by ANSYS 21 simulation package. 

- Two different designs of bridges are evaluated i.e. without crack and with crack. 

- Analyzing the frequencies using ANSYS software, the validity of the numerical formulation is studied. 

- Response spectrum methodology  and sensitivity analysis is used.
