• Responsible for managing and optimizing Azure IOT PaaS services (ASA, IOT Hubs, IOT Edge and Event Hub's) for more than 80 factories connected across the Globe of a major FMCG company in the world

• Responsible for managing digital control center based in Berlin having real time connection to over 3.5 Million elevators and Escalators across the Globe
• Successfully implemented and switched the IOT platform Predix with Cumulosity Platform with minimal downtime from the devices with in 3 months

• Project -1 – IoT Platform and Solution Development for a Series of POCs for a Big Four Firm (August 2016-February 2017)

The key objective of the project was to deliver Multiple IOT POC for customer from Retail, Coal Mining and Oil & Gas

• Key project deliverable mentioned below-
• Design and Developed the Temperature and pressure monitoring Platform for a retail store to enhance the supply chain cycle of the dairy product for higher efficiency
• Captured data was hosted on Azure routed through Azure IOT Hub
• Worked with multiple data protocols like MQTT, AMQP
• Data captured was than visualized on Power BI which was integrated through Azure stream analytics
• Developed a Data capturing methodology from conveyor belts carrying coal worked on GSM based solution
• Sent GSM based data to IOT Hub through custom services

Project -2 – IoT Platform Development for a U.S.-based IoT firm (Dec 2016 - May 2017)

• The project involved creating an Enterprise IOT Platform which can accept execute and display data coming from IOT devices ranging from Electronics product to Manufacturing machines
• Key project deliverable mentioned below-
• Core Member of the product architecture finalization team
• Deployed Azure IOT Hub and integrated with Azure stream analytics for the platform
• Worked on Device ID provisioning
• Key Set up on IOT Hub
• Testing of High stream of customer data, flow of 10 GB/Sec at the IOT Hub
• Integrating Azure IOT Hub data with MongoDB through by developing custom services

Project -3 – IoT and Edge Platform work for Yamaha (July 2017 – March 2018)

• The objective of this project was to set up an IOT Platform which can capture the data coming from manufacturing machines at a high rate and different OEM like Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Brothers
• Data needed to be screened first at the edge and secondary on the IOT Platform hosted on azure
• Key project deliverable mentioned below-
• Project lead for the development of edge and cloud IOT Platform
• Technology stack utilized in the project .net, Node Red
• Deployed the Azure IOT Hub and Stream Analytics
• Device Provisioning service set up on IOT Hub
• Integration of Hub data with azure stream analytics with query
• Edge platform design and architecture.

Project -4 – Worked on an industrial IoT project for a two-wheeler automobile firm (June 2018 - February 2019).

• The objective of the project was to capture the data coming from manufacturing machines, and then later capture the key KPIs from this data and present it on a BI dashboard.

• Data integration and capturing of from Machines like Fanuc worked on various industrial protocols like Modbus, OPC-UA, MT Connect

Project -5 – Worked on an industrial IoT project for one of the world's largest bearing manufacturers (April 2019 – January 2020).

• The objective of the project was to integrate data coming from old machinery with complex and obsolete technology with the organizations in house IOT Platform having data on MongoDB

• Integration on high-speed data coming from the machine with Mongo DB
• Deployed Azure IOT Hub and integrated with Azure stream analytics for the platform
• Data integration and capturing of from Machines like Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley etc., worked on various industrial protocols like Modbus, OPC-UA, MT Connect

Project -6 – Created a real-time analytical Azure-based IIoT platform for a major solar power company in India (February 2020 - September 2020).

• The objective of the project was to integrate data coming from solar panels across different sites in India to the Azure IoT Hub and create a real-time remote monitoring platform with analytics based on Power BI and Azure Synapse for historical analysis.

• Created high speed OPC UA and OPC DA Tags ingestion service to Azure IOT Hub and connected 2,50,000 tags across all sites to Azure IoT Hub every 2 minutes
• Deployed Azure IoT Hub, Azure Synapse, and integrated with customized Azure Stream Analytics jobs for the platform.
• Created highly scalable real-time dataset based Power Bi dashboards
