As a behavior change strategist, I facilitate the development of impactful programmes and communication strategies. I have designed and implemented research projects at scale, managed teams, clients, and multiple stakeholders. I have extensive experience in customized research, monitoring & evaluation, insight generation and presentation of findings. I specialize in communication & behavior change; offering solutions to clients by way of communication testing, evaluations and strategic inputs in the behavior change domain. I have spent time in board rooms and grassroots working on various development issues. I am an analytical thinker, relentless learner, and an inclusive leader. My passion is understanding people - their beliefs, values, motivations, behaviors and utilizing insights to create solutions that are evidence-based, scalable and sustainable.
In my current role, I lead the Communication & Behaviour Change vertical; offering research solutions to clients, contributing to their pursuit of triggering sustainable behavior change through communication within the realm of development sector. I lead the team that works on various aspects of research designing and implementation.
