Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gathering and updating project materials, completing budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows and lessons learned
  documents
• Scheduling and allocating work, providing advice and guidance, and resolving problems to meet technical performance and financial objectives
• Coordinate all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning

Project: Sema4 Protocol Application Design for which Sema4 intends to create a Protocol Design SaaS Application to assist Pharmacy companies constructing/building/designing an efficient trial protocol using the deep understanding of population data complemented with the deep clinical physician knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acting as mentor and coach Scrum Development Team in the use of Scrum, Self-Organization and Self-Discipline.
• This includes coaching and supporting the product owner in refining the product backlog and challenging the ROI of features.
• Driving, motivating and inspiring Scrum Teams to adopt innovative solutions that reduce the cycle time to market, reduce waste such as manual tasks, rework and defects in order to provide a more efficient process and improved customer experience.
• Facilitating the Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standup, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives on frequent basis to identify problems and continuous improvements.
• Ensuring the Scrum teams fully understand the overall program of work, the deployment schedule, project and dependencies.
• Helping the teams to constantly focus on resolving issues, bottlenecks and risks to delivery within the Scrum teams, across the program and to senior management.
• Ensuring working software demo to all stakeholders including the leadership team at the end of each sprint.

Project: Herald Health is built around “event” processing. Example events include: A patient has entered emergency room. Herald alerts providers about these events whenever event “triggers” protocol the provider has in place. Protocol is triggered when its logic conditions are met. Herald generates events from hospital data, processes them, and alerts if events trigger protocol

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Planning, deploying and managing testing effort for any given engagement / release
• Preparing Test plans, reviewing test scripts understanding business logic and user requirements.
• Attending refinement and planning meeting to scope and refine user stories for business and technical ready.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance teams, Management and Development team to provide with quality improvement techniques and refine test management reports.
• Participate in review meetings to provide valuable inputs for functional user stories, project schedule, and potential problems Review Test Artifacts and provide with quality improvement techniques, Monitor and track test progress

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meeting.
• Ensure correct application of Scrum process.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Negative testing of requirements.
• Identifies defects in delivered software code and raises defects in VSTS.

Project: Local & Global Product Launch was a SHIRE project under Accenture and Avanade. Launch Lifecycle workflow is solution created from SharePoint Designer of platform Type “SharePoint 2013 Workflow – Project Server

• Managing Testing assets required for meeting testing mandate.
• Defining and Streamlining Testing Process to be followed.
• Lead, guide and monitor analysis, design, implementation and execution of test scenarios, test cases and test suites.
• Perform UAT and high-level sanity tests on final build and provide sign off on Test execution phase.

Project: OVALS NSP stands for one view address validation system for network serving plan. This system takes address i.e. combination of street, apartment, zip code as input, validates & tries to find exact match for address. Client application provides WTN (working telephone number) or Address to OVALS NSP application & checks for which kind of services are available for area. Depending on location it determines whether DSL, LS-IPTV, LS-VOIP are available or not.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding Requirements from BR, SR, HLD, AID documents.
• Interacting with Client for Business Requirements and Review Calls.
• Handling and implementation of Integrated systems testing, Regression and Production Sanity Testing.
• Perform responsibilities of evaluating software programs and verifying quality standards and testing procedures
• Responsible for generating SQL queries (Oracle 11g) for Test Data Search and creating Test data mock-up Scripts.
• Performing System Integration Testing and Regression Testing on Test Environment.
• Performing Connectivity, Functional Testing, Production Sanity Testing on Production Environment.
• Handle and implemented all stages of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
