  • Supporting TrueComp application which runs on SqlServer 2000 platform
  • Maintenance and Support of Truecomp 3.7 application which calculates the Compensation for the agents and delivers business results to its users across the enterprise
  • The batch cycles are built in SQL Server 2000 stored procedures and VBScripts
  • The primary role in this project is to handle the production issues effectively with the Batch cycles, to prevent the outages, automating the manual processes, solving the Service requests on time with efficient solutions
  • TrueComp Discretionary – DCT (Server Migration)
  • DCT was a project that mainly handled migration of servers from one location to another
  • Unit, Functional and Procedural testing had been done across all the three environments – Development, Integration and Production
  • Successfully tested the applications and got the required signoffs from the Business
  • DCT Handbooks and RunBooks which had detailed steps that were being followed, was maintained as part of the entire project
