Key Responsibilities:
2. Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation to candidate placement.
- Collaborate with internal recruiters and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
- Ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates in line with client requirements.
3. Client Consultation and Strategy:
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss recruitment strategies, progress, and feedback.
- Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and competitive salary benchmarks.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
4. Candidate Sourcing and Selection:
Work closely with the recruitment team to source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them to client requirements.
- Provide detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to clients.
- Proficient in using the different job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and Indeed.
- Used search and Boolean search to find the right profile through naukri.
5. Negotiation and Offer Management:
- Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates.
- Manage offer processes and ensure successful placement of candidates.
- Handle any post-placement issues and maintain ongoing communication with placed candidates.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and placement success rates.
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Client Retention and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business with existing clients.
- Proactively seek feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
