Work Undertaken

  • As Project Manager at Tax Authority (2022-Ongoing), I was involved in Sales and delivery for the account. The project delivery involved conducting an AS-IS study, improvements report, preparing RFP, and overseeing vendor onboarding through procurement process.
  • As Project Manager at CCBL (2021-Ongoing), I was involved in Sales and delivery for the account. As part of delivery I led the setup of a central counterparty for multi-asset clearing in Bangladesh. This involved conducting an AS-IS study, finalizing SOPs, preparing SRS, and overseeing the RFP process and onboarding of the vendor through procurement process. I am also supposed to supervise post Go-Live operations and provide strategic recommendations for future development and operations which is yet to begin.
  • As a Domain Specialist BA doubling up as Project Manager in 2020, I reviewed the Integrated Computerized System (ICS) for the Department of Economic Affairs, India. I supervised entire delivery right from sales to delivery. The delivery involved preparation of the SRS, system architecture, and implementation of the new solution solution. I also established governance mechanisms and supervised designing of the workflow application, and oversaw its UAT and rollout. In this project was involved right from the stage of Sales and delivery for the account.
  • As a module lead for FTA, UAE, assisted the legal business unit in enhancement of the Core Tax System, gathered requirements, developed the Business Requirement Document, and aligned with SI on SAP TRM capabilities.
  • As a Procurement Expert for Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India, assisted in transforming the MCA21 system, supported in defining the value chain structure, prepared bidding documents, and assisted in price discovery and evaluation report preparation. Conducted walkthrough sessions with stakeholders and ensured quality
  • As a Public Finance / Public Debt Expert, I provided project consultancy for the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, to develop an Integrated Debt Management System (IDMS). In this project also, I had been involved in the entire project management cycle including sales to closure of the project. As part of delivery, I conceptualized IDMS, supervised the As-Is study of India’s debt stock, IDMS outputs, user interfaces, and assisted in solution design.
  • As Team Lead for the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) project (June 2017-March 2018), I supported functional enhancements, strategic planning, and efficient roll-out of PFMS. I also conceptualized an incremental version of PFMS, designed Business Intelligence & Analytics functionality, and provided input for fine-tuning and upgrading PFMS. This is a marque project of Government of India and a I have helped in generating repeat business from this client across multiple firms.
  • As an Offsite Support Consultant for a WB-funded project in Rajasthan, I led a comprehensive analysis of the existing commitment control system, identified gaps, and developed a policy for Commitment Control. This resulted in the successful implementation of a Commitment Control System (CCS) and a Contract Monitoring Information System.
  • As an Engagement Manager/PFM Specialist for the Government of India’s PFMS project, I conducted a comprehensive ‘As-Is’ assessment, identified gaps, and prepared a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for system augmentation. This was done with an objective of enhancing functionality of PFMS and addressing performance and scalability issues PFMS.
  • As a Team Lead for the IT Strategy project at CGA, I conducted a comprehensive review of existing IT systems, assessed needs, and envisioned future systems. This included studying IFMS solutions, evaluating ERP solutions, and recommending a to-be state for IT systems.
  • As a Team Lead/PFM Specialist for the PFMS project with CGA, I conducted an ‘As-Is’ assessment, defined the organization structure, and developed a nationwide implementation strategy. This led to the successful rollout of CPSMS, including a JIT payment system and effective fund tracking.
