Work process:
Get the assignment initiated on the Global Move Tool, get the approval (FAN) from all the managers, after the fully approved note released, work on the compensation details and get the Balance sheet, once balance sheet is out we need to have a call with the assignee
Pre-briefing call to make the assignee understand the compensation and also to guide him on documents for the visa process, once he agrees for the compensation we get the documents ready from documentation team send the required ones to immigration team for visa and tickets
Stayed up-to-date with changes in payroll, tax, social security laws incorporating them into the reports and recommendations
Collaborated closely with Equity team to ensure alignment to ensure alignment on specific equity income
Enhancing team performance through proactive auditing identity and strategic training initiatives
Closely worked with immigration team for the visa and tickets and other tax related documents
Implemented robust control mechanism to ensure timely and accurate travel of the assignee
Creating/maintaining assignee records in Global Move database for tracking the details of assignees moves
Post the travel will get in touch with the Host country representative for the detail of his stay and rental agreement or else hotel stay. We will be in touch with the assignee till he lands in the host country. Once he lands in the host country will take an email confirmation on his landing and will flag the assignee as on assignment or active assignee
Claims team, provided support to the assignee for claiming his expense with the claims team. In case of any escalation I have spoken to the managers.
People management:
Handling other duties allocation of work/Training team members on process. Helping team on briefing call. Managing other duties and special projects as assigned
Act as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for Mobility Polices and services and services for clients, stakeholders, expatriates, and 3rd party vendors
