  • Preparing various Certificates – NMC, Landing and Vessel etc. as per customer requirement & ensure collection of applicable charges per designed process.
  • Follow up for BL drafts for US bound cargo along with Manifest issue if any for MBL + HBL

Other additional tasks.

  • Contributed in training new joiners to have product knowledge and best practices.
  • Ensured proper execution and transition process smoothly to minimize impact on daily activities.
  • Constantly monitoring the processes & ensuring feedback, so that the transition has nil impact to service level in deliverable to the customers seamlessly and to regain turnaround time of 2 hours for query resolution.
  • Proactively worked on space management by coordinating with vessel operators to avoid violation.
