- Identification of differentially expressed genes during EMT transition and to understand the physiological significance of those changes
- Assessment of different EMT markers expression at both RNA and protein level is done using NMUMG cells as a model system
- Analysis of RNAseq data which intoned changes at the transcriptional level during induction of EMT by TGF-beta exposure
- The RNAseq data was then further validated by real time PCR analysis and expression of those genes at protein level also checked by Western Blotting.
