• Worldpay, Senior System Architect, 11/24 - Present

      Worldpay is creating an app to help collect debts from customers. The app sends reminders to customers, who can then make payments or       promise to pay in installments.

      Roles and Responsibilities :

      1.Understanding the existing functionality and implementing the functionality in Constellation framework.

      2.Worked on proposing a design and data model creation.

      3.Configured the Pega Deployment Manager for automating code deployment.

• JP Morgan Chase, Senior System Architect, 06/21 - 10/24

      JPMorgan Chase & Co. is an American multinational investment bank and financial services holding company. The project is about upgrading          various existing applications based on Pega SI framework from PEGA 6.3 version to Pega 8.4 and also includes new feature enhancements and Data Localization for India.

Roles and Responsibilities :

    1. Understanding the existing functionality and implementing the functionality according to the upgraded Pega features.

    2. Worked on proposing a design and did a POC for Data Localization for India project.

    3. Configured the customized JPMC pipeline-Jules for automating code deployment. 

    4. Configured the application with the concept of situational layer cake and mapping the access groups and portals rightly.

    5. Analyzed custom controls and converting them with OOTB functionality.

    6. Worked on look and feel of the screens (Pega UI).

    7. Working on Pega Best practices to improve Guardrail score and Unit Test Coverage.

• Workflow and Controls (Simplify, RPM, CRA), Senior Developer, 02/19 - 05/21

     Workflow and Controls is one of the four pillars of ratings business for S&P Global. It has multiple applications, which streamlines the rating     process to finalize rating and score for different entities, which get published to official site of S&P.

Roles and Responsibilities :

 1. Daily End User Interaction to define and gather business requirements and providing appropriate technical consultancy.

 2. Worked on proposing and building an automation solution for one of the major functionalities of the Workflow about Analyst Rotation.

 3. Worked on Pega provided APIs/Micro services for CI/CD.

 4. Built a new product GRA (Guidance Review Automation), to enhance the review process of Guidance which was manual earlier.

 5. Involved in enhancing deployment process by being part of Devops (CI/CD/CT) working group.

• State of Vermont (SOV), Developer, 05/18 - 12/18

     The State of Vermont is a state in the New England region of the northeastern United State. Using PRPC capabilities, we designed and developed the licensing application in Pega 7.2 for SOV. 

Roles and Responsibilities :

   1. Daily Client Interaction to define and gather business requirements and providing appropriate technical consultancy.

   2. Worked on flows for proper execution of the work object.

   3. Creating rules likes Data Transform, Activities, Report Definition etc for the concerned classes.

   4. Defined PRPC components like Decision Tables, Decision Trees, Declarative Expressions.

   5. Creating User Interface using harness and section rules.

• Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Developer, 05/17 - 05/18

     The Royal Bank of Canada (RBC; French: Banque Royale du Canada) is a Canadian multinational financial services company and the largest bank in Canada. The project is about upgrading various existing applications to PEGA 7.1.8 version which were earlier developed in older versions.

Roles and Responsibilities :

    1. Understanding the existing functionality and implementing the functionality according to the upgraded Pega features.

    2. Analyzing custom controls and converting them with OOTB functionality.

    3. Converting deprecated controls with new ones.

4. Working on look and feel of the screens (Pega UI).
