served as the project PM for the Avenue Mall project, a large-scale mixed-use complex featuring retail spaces, hotels, exhibition centres, conference halls, residential apartments, office facilities, and medical buildings. led a team of junior engineers, coordinated project workflows, and ensured timely completion of deliverables. successfully executed over 60 detailed shop drawings and regularly updated 3D BIM models to reflect design changes and coordination requirements across multiple disciplines.

Roles & Responsibility:

• handled scan registration for a scan-to-BIM project by processing raw point cloud data and exporting RCP and RCS files.
• Delivered the registered scan outputs to the BIM team for model development.
• ensured accurate alignment and quality of the point cloud data to support precise 3D modelling workflows.
• I was handling the registration work as the only person as a coordinator at Pinnacle Infotech Solutions Madurai.
