Project designed with four levels of basement and Ground+5 floors having approximately 13.78 lakh Sq.ft Total built up area

The Estimation cost of the project is US $24 Million.

Responsibility

• Assist the project team in all technical design and planning issues
• Identify and prepare all engineering drawings required to supplement the design and QA documentation for the construction of the works
• Manage the RFI Tracking and design drawing documentation part via Aconex Cloud Mail management System.
• Coordinate and liaison with all statutory authorities and representatives from other organizations
• Arrange for certification of in-house and external design in accordance with relevant regulations
• Supervise in-house planning section and monitor progress of the works relating to the contract programme
• Assist in the development QA documentation with construction staff to ensure, design requirements are met, HSE requirements are met, all elements of activities are sufficiently documented to ensure best construction methodology, techniques, resources are planned and agreed
• Package all tech documents/data for incorporation into procurement package
• Arrange for the necessary approval of permanent works materials by the appropriate design consultant / Client Representative
• Set up Document Control System for the distribution of permanent and temporary works drawings / engineering drawings and documentation both internally and externally
• Liaison with all respective managers to ensure efficient communication, immediate response to design / construction related queries and timely transfer of drawings / documents
• Oversee all permanent and temporary works design carried out in relation to the company’s operations
• Responsible for all the formwork design & execution works carried out at the site
• Have liaised with the formwork consultants to get the approval onto the formwork design to smoothen the work progress within a given program
• Ensure technical compliance of temporary works design consultants as and when required in checking of any associated drawings and documents
• All inspections & final approvals for the temporary works been carried out by self and have solely looked on to the temporary works at the site
• Supervise technical matters on external permanent and temporary works design to ensure compliance with relevant engineering / design requirements / bid documents

INDI - HUB” is proposed by Shipra World Group at GHAZIABAD (U.P.)

The Building consisted of 9 Blocks with extended basement. It consists of 2 basements + Ground Floor + 2 Floors. Basement floors are basically used for parking and to household the services

Ground floor & 1st floors are planned for retail purpose and anchor shops while the above 2 floors consisting of the restaurants as been planned by the architect.

Further to add, all the temporary structures at the site have been designed by myself including all the truss structures, Labour accommodation blocks along with all cup-lock scaffold structures at the site with the approval taken from the Third-party structural consultants for the authorization of the same

The Project is comprising into the two phases:

• Phase II of the project comprises of a retail mall, membership clubs and a roof top drive-in theatre with built up area of 126,193 square meters comprising 3 basement levels, ground floor and 5 storey
• Phase III of the project comprises the hospitality development of two luxury hotels (total 475 keys) with a build-up area of 113,000 square meters, comprising 3 basement levels, ground floor and 16 storey

The project has a highlighting feature, a Zinc wrap which represents the silk wave in its facade
