  • Played a key role in streamlining the branch opening process, introduce improvements that facilitated smoother execution of branch opening at field level
  • Successful launched 715 new branches across India, encompassing 84 metro, 119 urban, 224 semi-urban, and 288 rural locations
  • This significant expansion drove substantial business growth and notably enhanced the Bank's market share
  • Led the Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) division at the Corporate Office for more than two years, driving strategic enhancements to the FTP framework
  • Conducted in-depth analysis on impact of Transfer Pricing on branch profitability which culminate in the implementation of a revised methodology for computing Transfer Pricing
  • Introduced external benchmark rates, specifically G-Sec/T-Bill rates, as the reference rate which enhanced the accuracy and transparency in FTP framework
  • Additionally, implemented a 20 basis-point adjustment for time deposits, addressing negative Net Interest Income (NII) issues in Transfer Pricing
  • In my subsequent role at the Corporate Office, I initiated the centralization of Weekly Regulatory returns (Weekly 153), which serve as the foundation for Form-A preparation
  • Successfully conducted a detailed exercise to prepare Regulatory Returns (Form A) at the centralized level, eliminating the need for data from Regional Offices
  • Upgraded the Weekly 153 Return process from Regional Offices to Zonal Offices
  • Following the merger of Dena and Vijaya Bank with Bank of Baroda, completed the computation of Form A for the merged entity while ensuring seamless integration and compliance
