Handling 06 Project & warehouse Manager and 9 MIS Executive and 60+ Warehouse Staff, Planning Day to Day Operation, Daily Vehicle Planning as per location, Co-ordinate with Customer for warehouse activities and planning, Monitoring & Process daily 3500 to 4000 sales order (Printing, picking, checkout, Packing & Dispatch), Responsible for proper Receipts, Documentation, and follow the procedures for critical issues, Put away, Storage and Preservation of material as per fixed and flexible location, Responsible for smooth working at issue of material in order to ensure FIFO system followed, To ensure control, track and disposal of low shelf life material, To ensure control of non-conforming material in Warehouse and necessary action to avoid use on non-conforming material, To make warehouse ready every time for surprise audit both internal & External, Rejection Dispatched to Vendors properly & Maintained rejection details, Responsible for optimization of Inventory Levels at the Distribution Centers, Ensure correct SKU s with correct quantity kept on their respective location thru physical Inventory activities, To provide support on developing and implementation of system s& SOPs pertaining to various activities on Warehousing, Inventory Control - monitoring and maintaining agreed Inventory levels of Different category of SKUs and Negotiate MBQ for many SKU specifically the upcoming Promo. Across warehousing locations, Fast / Slow / Nonmoving item analysis to reduce inventory carrying cost as well as storage cost, On regular basis keep tracking on empty locations / Bin Audit and short SKU s with corrective action, To establish control over material inventory reporting by verifying actual stock Vs system stock through cycle count and analyze reason for variance if any, To Keep Interaction with Category & Replenishment team for dispose of slow moving & inactive SKU’s, Looking after outbound operations (picking, segregation & dispatch), Activities to meet out delivery on time with a view of minimization of packing and shipping cost, Follow the proper dispatch plan & discuss the superior if any changes in dispatch or Discrepancy, To ensure that the specific customer required activities are carried out before the goods are shipped out, Courier handling for all operation, Daily Report, Weekly Report
