• Interpretation and Review of Radiographic films of Pipeline & Piping joints.
• Inspection of all digital & analog measuring & test equipment’s & their calibration reports.
• Responsible for the entire piping inspection done at site.
• Witnessed the In process inspection for piping system i.e. fit-up, alignments & Welding.
• Mechanical lab test witness for PTC joints, Welder qualification and electrode qualification as per API 1104, ASME Sec IX and ASME Sec II C.
• Stage wise Inspection as per approved Procedure of ERW Pipe from manufacturing process to Coating Process in Pipe manufacturing Plant/Coating Mills.
